Fees and Terms

Regular conference fee for presenting Authors (payment deadline 15th March 2019):

1500 PLN (including 23% VAT)

390 EUR (including 23% VAT)


Late payment (paid after 15th March 2019, applies to Participants without a presentation only):

1600 PLN (including 23% VAT)

420 EUR (including 23% VAT)


The conference fee includes:

  • the Conference proceedings and materials
  • access to all scientific sessions and exhibitions (if any)
  • refreshments and lunches
  • get-together party
  • banquet
  • Old Cracovia walking tour with a guide

The fee does not include accomodation.

If you need a proforma invoice please send the request directly to QPM co-organizer account, Ms. Anna Dabrowska: anna.dabrowska@pak.info.pl.
In your request please provide us with the exact data (name, address, VAT etc.) of the recipient (payer) of the invoice. This data will be placed both on proforma and final invoice.
Ms. Dabrowska will send you a proforma invoice for 390 EUR. When your fee will be received then a final invoice will be emailed to you in Polish Zloty (PLN), converted by the bank at the current EUR/PLN exchange rate.

All fees are due before the conference begins. You are responsible for ALL bank fees.

As the purpose of payment please put "QPM 2019 participant(s) name(s)" on the transfer order.


Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation must be sent by email to qpm@polsl.pl

The following cancellation fees will be applied:
25% of the registration fees for cancellations received before 25 April 2019
50% of the registration fees for cancellations received between 25 April 2019 and 1 June 2019 included
100% of the registration fees for cancellations received after 1 June 2019
